Encoder Lipschitz Integers: The Lipschitz integers that have the ”division with small remainder” property

Abstract: The residue class set of a Lipschitz integer is constructed by modulo function with primitive Lipschitz integer whose norm is a prime integer, i.e. prime Lipschitz integer.
