Abstract: Background Dizziness is a common symptom with a plethora of etiologies. Diplopia can implicate severe neurologic disease, including cerebral lesions. When patients are referred to physical therapy with a diagnosis of dizziness, thorough clinical reasoning and medical screening are of utmost importance.
