Enantioselective Synthesis of 4‐Hydroxy‐2‐cyclohexenones through a Multicomponent Cyclization

Abstract: Drei Metalle kooperieren bei der selektiven Kupplung eines Chromcarbenkomplexes mit einem Lithium‐Imidenolat und einem Propargylmagnesiumreagens unter Bildung hoch funktionalisierter 4‐Allenyl‐2‐cyclohexenone (siehe Schema). Diese nützlichen Syntheseintermediate werden hoch enantioselektiv durch eine Cyclisierung erhalten, die neuartige Reaktionsschritte umfasst.
