Enantioselective Addition of Grignard Reagents to Aldehydes

Abstract: Abstract:The addition of Grignard reagents to aldehydes in the presence of chiral aminoalcohols shows a moderate enantioselectivity. The study carried out with a series of ligands allows the correlation between the structural characteristics and their reactivity.
