Enabling Resonant Commutated Pole in Parallel Power FET Bridge Legs

Abstract: To meet the requirements of higher current ratings and lower thermal impedances, paralleling power field-effect transistor (FET) discretes or modules is often a cost-effective or even an unavoidable solution.
