Enabling Cost-Effective Screening for Antimicrobials against Listeria monocytogenes in Ham

Abstract: Ready-to-eat (RTE) meat products, such as deli ham, can support the growth of Listeria monocytogenes (LM) which can cause severe illness in immunocompromised individuals.
