Abstract: 2159Noe å laere av En ung kvinne med akutte magesmerter 2159 -62 En kvinne i 30-årene kom til legevakten med akutte magesmerter og vaginalblødning. Ved magesmerter hos kvinner i fertil alder må gynekologiske akuttdiagnoser stå høyt på listen over differensialdiagnoser. En negativ graviditetstest ble i dette tilfellet avgjørende for videre hånd-tering og valg av sykehus.
