Abstract: BackgroundIn Alabama only 4% of those eligible have been screened for lung cancer. The ALCASE project focused on navigating eligible individuals to lung cancer screening.MethodsTrained local staff enrolled screen eligible individuals from seven rural counties and one urban county.
