Empowering Leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior: The Mediating Roles of Psychological Empowerment and Emotional Intelligence in Medical Service Industry

Abstract: This study aims to investigate the effect of empowering leadership on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) through psychological empowerment and emotional intelligence.
