Empowering Leadership and Counterproductive Work Behavior: Mediating Role of Person-Organization Fit and Moderation effect of Overall Justice

Abstract: The current research effort explains the phenomenon of counterproductive work behavior among employees of higher education sector of South Punjab, Pakistan.
