Empowering leadership: A meta‐analytic examination of incremental contribution, mediation, and moderation

Abstract: Summary The concept of empowering leadership (EL) has seen increasing scholarly interest in recent years. This study reports a meta‐analysis investigating the effects of EL on employee work behavior.
