Abstract:Objectives:The International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners (IBLCE) sets strict criteria for the IBCLC credential. While all IBCLCs meet rigorous criteria, including specified health sciences background requirements, employers may require an IBCLC to have an additional credential.
