Abstract:Understanding the intricate interplay between proteins and ligands is pivotal for rational drug development. This study investigates the binding of Ofloxacin to Hb using diverse biophysical techniques: fluorescence spectroscopy, UV‐visible spectroscopy, molecular docking, molecular dynamics simulations, and electrochemical analysis.
