“…Stress at work is considered a disease of the 21st century, taking into account that circumstances in private life can also be very stressful, especially for managers. Research shows that adequate communication with superiors, colleagues and subordinates in the company can significantly increase manager's job satisfaction (Petković & Rapajić, 2021). Manager's private life satisfaction can be significantly contributed by setting boundaries with people and separating manager's work and leisure time by not answering work e-mails outside of working hours, but rather spending quality time with family members at home (Trenbeth & Drewe, 2002).…”

The subject of this paper is manager's work/life balance and possibility of its measurement. Balanced and satisfied managers represent a good foundation for achieving company's goals. The paper will present certain subjective factors and company factors that can affect manager's work/life balance. Within these factors, various practices and benefits for establishing manager's work/life balance can be distinguished, depending on whether they are created by companies and offered to their managers, or they are designed and implemented by managers themselves outside the company. The purpose of this paper is presenting the conceptual model of interdependence of manager's job satisfaction, manager's private life satisfaction and manager's work/life balance satisfaction, which includes dimensions of each of these types of manager's satisfaction that managers can assess through a questionnaire. Based on this model and managers' grades, the result of this paper is reflected in the created index methodology for calculating the values of indices of the mentioned types of manager's satisfaction, which can be applied at the level of the individual manager as well as at the level of the company, and it can also be used for comparing the values of determined satisfaction indices by managers, by years and between companies.

Many people with disabilities still face difficulties and obstacles trying to secure employment. Organizations are doing more and more to improve employment opportunities for people with disabilities (PWD), because it is in their best interests, due to factors such as a dearth of skilled workers, a lack of trained workers, a rise in the prevalence of disability among their labor groups, as well as in the laws and public attitudes supporting workplace fairness and diversity. This article used a qualitative methodology and conducted a thorough evaluation of the existing literature using a variety of different databases such as Science Direct, Springer, Google Scholar, JSTOR, and Elsevier, which were used to identify various research articles related to the employment of PWD. We looked at research on the advantages of hiring people with disabilities, as well as HR management procedures with reference to recruiting persons with disabilities, and also investigated the methodology this literature used. Our findings demonstrate that the advantages of employing disabled individuals are many. To better understand how advantages may differ by disability type, industry, and work type, more research is required.

For entrepreneurial organizations to be able to successfully develop the business strategy, it is necessary to provide optimal resources for unhindered growth, internal coherence, stability of organizational culture, and competitiveness in the market. At the heart of these processes are employees, who directly influence organizational outcomes with their daily efforts, ability, and thinking. Also, the improvement of business functions is necessary for the organization to be competitive with other organizations in the market. In this context, the effectiveness of knowledge management is one of the key aspects in ensuring the development of both individual and group performance. In today’s time of great challenges for entrepreneurs, managing the processes that provide knowledge to both employees and organizations can be a key aspect of business sustainability that is imperative in turbulent circumstances. The purpose of the study was to examine how organizational culture and gender aspects of employees should be put in the function of knowledge management system (KMS). In line with this, this paper attempts to examine the extent to which the processes of improving the knowledge of employees from a gender perspective in entrepreneurial organizations in Serbia are effectively managed. In order for women to realize a greater contribution in entrepreneurial organizations, it is imperative to stimulate the educational process by empowering both women and men to improve their well-being and participate actively in entrepreneurial organizations building. Authors pointed out that when technology and organizational culture are coupled with educational assistance and training, however, adoption improves, and benefits are greater. Finally, they concluded that statistical parameters explicitly show that there are no significant differences on any tested issue, between males and females. This means that their perspective is identical when it comes to the development and use of knowledge management in entrepreneurial organizations.
