“…Tourists will learn more about destinations and itineraries from the web interface. However, this approach raises questions as to whether the contents of the websites reflect the real products accurately (Afshar Jahanshahi et al, 2020a , 2020b ). If the tourism administrators are unable to discuss the particulars of the trips with the tourists at their initial meeting in a sincere way, tourism will definitely miss the participation of a significant component of the industry.…”

“…Wong and Yeh ( 2009 ) investigated the relationship of tourist hesitation with destination decision-making and found evidence of tourists’ perceived risk positively influencing the tourist hesitation. There is still great scope for investigating the dynamics of tourist hesitation from different perspectives (Afshar Jahanshahi et al, 2020a , 2020b ; Hasan et al, 2017 ; Islam et al, 2020 ; Khan et al, 2017a , 2017b ; Park et al, 2019 ). Therefore, it is crucial to find the behavioral issues that demotivate or drive people to hesitate to travel because if tourist hesitation is not properly addressed, it will lead to a lower number of travelers.…”

“…If the environment is not controlled, it can generate uncertainty and negatively affect a company's creativity (Darvishmotevali et al, 2020; Smith et al, 2008) and also become a barrier for the participants of the creative process (Jahanshahi et al, 2020; Vogelgsang, 2020). However, the literature shows divergent results—while barriers can hinder creativity, they can also stimulate it (Caniëls & Rietzschel, 2015).…”

“…It is important that creativity encourages creation of innovations and their introduction in organisations (Cropley, 2015;Newman et al, 2018). Creativity is also linked to the person's pursuit of mastery, willingness to take risk, independence and tolerance to various approaches (Beaney, 2019;Benea-Popuşoi, Duca, 2021;Chen et al, 2018;Demarin, Derke, 2020;Jahanshahi et al, 2019;Huertas, Pergentino, 2020;Karimi, et al, 2020). The works of others researchers focus on the relationships between creativity and leadership and, at the same time, between person's self-confidence and self-respect (Fonseca et al, 2019;Hughes et al, 2018;Koh et al, 2019;Liu et al, 2020).…”
