Empirical Turbulence Interaction Noise Model for Permeable Flat Plate Leading Edges

Abstract: One of the major aerodynamic noise generation mechanisms is the interaction of a turbulent flow with a downstream blunt object, such as the blade of a rotating fan or a fixed stator.
