In this conference, the committee decided to choose the following theme: "Accelerating Informatics and Computational Research for Society 5.0". This topic is in line with the concept of Society 5.0 which was introduced by Japan and inaugurated on January 21, 2019. Society 5.0 is a human-centered society that balances economic advancement with the resolution of social problems by a system that highly integrates cyberspace and physical space.
