Empirical Examination of the Impact of Total Quality Services on Hospitality Industry Business

Abstract: This study focuses on the effective use of Total Quality Service (TQS) practices for hotel groups in northern India. A growing number of organizations in tourism and hospitality are embracing the concept of TQS, as it has a major impact on the growth of the national hospitality sector.
