The rapid growth of the electronics industry in the era of globalization demands the availability of high-quality Human Resources (HR) ready to compete in the job market. Graduates from vocational programs, with a focus on technical skills, play a vital role in supplying the workforce needs in this industry. However, the success of vocational graduates' careers is not solely determined by technical competence. This research aims to analyze psychological capital in assessing the career feasibility of vocational graduates as human resource suppliers in the electronics industry. The approach encompasses an in-depth examination of relevant literature employing qualitative analysis, aiming to gain a comprehensive insight into the topic from 2004 to 2023. The study results indicate that in assessing the career feasibility of vocational graduates as human resource suppliers in the electronics industry, it is essential to emphasize that interpersonal skills, autonomy, self-motivation, emotional intelligence, and leadership abilities play a crucial role. The dynamic electronics industry requires individuals with strong technical skills as well as the ability to adapt, collaborate within teams, and possess good emotional intelligence. Therefore, it is crucial not to solely assess technical qualifications when evaluating vocational graduates. Vocational education should pay more attention to the early development of psychological skills so that graduates are prepared to face various challenges in the ever-evolving professional world.

Di dalam era globalisasi ini, lingkungan kerja, institusi dan organisasi menghadapi berbagai perubahan kompleks dan dinamis.Pada khususnya, sektor pelayanan kesehatan, seperti klinik dan rumah sakit, menjadi lingkungan yang memerlukan adaptasi cepat terhadap perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi, serta tuntutan kebutuhan masyarakat yang semakin kompleks.Teknik pengumpulan data melibatkan distribusi kuesioner secara online, menciptakan keterlibatan karyawan dalam menyampaikan tanggapan mereka terhadap pertanyaan-pertanyaan terkait dengan aspek-aspek tertentu yang menjadi fokus penelitian. Kuesioner dirancang secara teliti untuk mencakup berbagai dimensi yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian ini. PLS merupakan metode analisis yang powerfull karena tidak didasarkan atas banyak asumsi, Keunggulan dari metode PLS ini adalah data tidak harus berdistribusi normal multivariat, ukuran sampel tidak harus besar, dan PLS tidak saja bisa digunakan untuk mengkonfirmasi teori, tetapi dapat juga digunakan untuk menjelaskan ada atau tidaknya hubungan antar variabel laten. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting untuk memahami bagaimana aspek-aspek kunci kepemimpinan, seperti Spiritual Leadership, dapat membentuk dan meningkatkan kinerja kontekstual karyawan di lingkungan rumah sakit

Project risk assessment serves as an effective tool for overseeing cost, and time, and achieving technical performance in construction projects. The construction industry frequently contends with various uncertainties, which can lead to potential risks such as delays, cost overruns, and compromised quality in building and road construction ventures. Consequently, adept project risk management becomes crucial in the decision-making process of construction companies, ultimately determining project success or failure. This paper aims to assess the prioritize the specific factors influencing contractors' risk attitudes in these companies. The study employed simple random sampling under probability techniques. Data collection involved a thorough review of pertinent literature and the use of a questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale ranging from (1) very low/very disagree to (5) very high/very agree. The sample size used for analysis was 47 companies, with a particular focus on the Sumatra construction companies. This study was analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 23.0 for Microsoft Windows and a reliability test with Cronbach's alpha. The finding of this study is primary factors influencing contractors' risk attitudes are as follows: educational background, physical health, emotional intelligence, work experience, and professional competence, The results of this research can provide decision-makers with valuable insights into strategies for effectively managing contractors' risk attitudes, thus furnishing stakeholders with the requisite knowledge to enhance risk management performance within the Sumatera construction companies.
