Emotional Intelligence Instruction in a Pharmacy Communications Course

Abstract: Objectives. To determine the benefits of incorporating emotional intelligence instruction into a required pharmacy communications course. Design. Specific learning objectives were developed based upon the emotional intelligence framework and how it can be applied to pharmacy practice.
