Her work has been published in the Oxford Handbook of Leadership and Organizations, Academy of Management Review, and Academy of Management Annals. Her practitioner-oriented work has been featured in Business Insider, business.com, and Employee Benefit News. She currently chairs the Steering Committee of the multi-disciplinary Transitions Research Group.
