Emotion Regulation and Job Satisfaction as Predictors of Subjective Well-being in Doctors

Abstract: This study examined the role of emotion regulation and job satisfaction in predicting affective (positive and negative affect) and cognitive (life satisfaction) components of subjective well-being (SWB) in doctors.
