Abstract: Colon cancer metastasis is the biological characters of colon cancer, and also lethal factor of most colon cancer patients. Primary colon cancer can be healed by surgical removal or radiotherapy, but for colon cancer which had spread; it is difficult to get ideal effects through above methods.
