Tourism is one of the fastest growing economic sectors in various countries around the world. In the last decade, the development of ICT has significantly changed the landscape of tourism business. The influence of technology on management and legal aspects in the tourism business is becoming an increasingly important topic to research. This research aims to examine the influence of technology on management and legal aspects in tourism business. This research adopts a qualitative approach through literature analysis, which means that this research will investigate and explain information and content sourced from various documents and texts as the basis for analysis. The study results show that the influence of technology in the tourism business has significantly changed the landscape of this industry. The management of tourism companies has undergone major changes, with online booking, data analytics, better communication, and more efficient inventory management. Along with that, the legal aspects of tourism business have faced new challenges with increasingly stringent regulations on data protection, e-commerce, international travel regulations, and corporate social responsibility.

La relación entre las aplicaciones tecnológicas y los recursos turísticos constituye una convergencia que ha marcado una transformación profunda en la industria del turismo. Estas aplicaciones han emergido como facilitadores clave, simplificando la planificación, enriqueciendo la experiencia del viajero y transformando la forma en que se promocionan y gestionan los destinos turísticos. Así mismo se puede determinar que, desde la reserva hasta la exploración virtual de destinos mediante la realidad virtual, estas herramientas digitales han ampliado las posibilidades y la accesibilidad para los viajeros. No obstante, este matrimonio entre tecnología y turismo también plantea desafíos, especialmente en la preservación de la autenticidad cultural y la sostenibilidad medioambiental. La comprensión y gestión reflexiva de esta relación son cruciales para garantizar que la implementación de aplicaciones tecnológicas en el turismo no solo optimice la eficiencia, sino que también contribuya a la preservación y mejora de los recursos turísticos. Por último, en este artículo, se aborda la interacción entre aplicaciones tecnológicas y recursos turísticos, destacando la transformación significativa que ha experimentado la industria del turismo en la era digital. A través de la exploración de temas clave como las aplicaciones móviles, la realidad virtual, la inteligencia artificial y la metodología de investigación, se examinan los impactos y desafíos de esta convergencia tecnológica en el ámbito turístico. Las conclusiones resaltan la importancia de encontrar un equilibrio entre la adopción de tecnología y la preservación de la autenticidad y sostenibilidad de los recursos turísticos.

At present, agricultural production in China is in a period of transition, which has given rise to many problems. Eco-agriculture and tourism development is an important part of the mutual promotion and coordination between agriculture and tourism, as well as an important initiative to solve the massive loss of rural population, protect land resources, improve farmers' income and promote agricultural modernisation. Therefore, for China's agricultural and tourism development, it is necessary to further raise awareness of the protection of the natural environment, adhere to the path of sustainable development, follow the laws of nature in development, reasonably develop and utilise natural resources and improve resource utilisation, and at the same time, respect the harmonious relationship between man and nature. The main objective of this paper is to analyse and study the natural environment protection issues in ecological agriculture and tourism development. Based on the basic theoretical content, this paper analyses the mechanism of integration of agriculture and tourism in the field and garden complex, defines the scope of protection and development by drawing a protection red line at the early stage of planning, protects the arable land resources and controls the development of the field and garden complex. The site's texture is characterised by the use of local economic crops and native plants with their own characteristics and advantages as landscape materials to create a rustic landscape appearance.
