Emerging role of microRNAs in the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma

Abstract: Hepatocellular carcinoma is the third leading cause of cancer deaths worldwide. Currently available curative options, such as surgery and transplantation, are not available to patients with advanced stages of disease.
