This study explores the dynamics of emerging technology innovation ecosystems, viewing them as complex systems comprising social actors and knowledge artifacts engaged in innovation interactions. Employing a multilayer network perspective, we present a Social-Knowledge-Science-Technology (A-K-S-T) framework, examining both homogeneous and heterogeneous interactions among innovators and knowledge elements. Within this framework, we map out the technological landscape, identify ecological niches for specific actors and knowledge elements, and gauge knowledge proximity among innovators, revealing opportunities for collaboration and knowledge innovation. Using 5G technology as an illustrative example, key findings include the potential for innovation development in 5G, the need for enhanced collaboration among organizations in related technological fields, and the complementary nature of scientific and technological knowledge. This research contributes to innovation ecosystem literature, offering insights for management, governance, efficiency, and shared prosperity; meanwhile, it is a valuable reference for decision-makers to shape effective strategies.

This research tries to describe the existence of values and norms in the fishing community of Mattiro Bone Village. This research was conducted on Bontosua Pangkep Island. This research is a mix method. Data and information were obtained through in-depth interviews and limited observations from five informants determined by snowball sampling. The questionnaire was also distributed to 15 respondents. The data was then analyzed qualitatively to explain research data and facts. The existence of fishing communities is measured by the social capital they possess in the form of values and norms. The research results show that the existence of the values and norms of the fishing community on Bontosua Island is a community that is open or accepting of the values and norms that enter their community. The people of Bontosua still adhere closely to the values and norms that exist in their area, this is proven by several attached data such as a high level of mutual respect and a high level of mutual assistance. The research results also show that the community still accepts the arrival of outside parties, in this case the government and outside communities, if their aims and objectives are good for the fishing community on Bontosua Island.

In previous works, the choice of learning neighbor for an individual has generally obeyed pure random selection or preferential selection rules. In this paper, we introduce a tunable parameter ε to characterize the strength of preferential selection and focus on the transition towards preferential selection in the spatial evolutionary game by controlling ε to guide the system from pure random selection to preferential selection. Our simulation results reveal that the introduction of preferential selection can hugely alleviate social dilemmas and enhance network reciprocity. A larger ε leads to a higher critical threshold of the temptation b for the extinction of cooperators. Moreover, we provide some intuitive explanations for the above results from the perspective of strategy transition and cooperative clusters. Finally, we examine the robustness of the results for noise K and different topologies, find that qualitative features of the results are unchanged.
