The sustained competitiveness of industrial enterprises is determined by their ability to constantly innovate their methods, products and services. The article analyzes the innovative activity of individual Russian industrial enterprises and proposes strategic priorities for the innovative development of industrial production in Russia in the context of digital transformation. The activities of 384 industrial enterprises of various profiles from 2015 to 2019 were analyzed on the basis of publicly available accounting (financial) statements. The analyzed sample of enterprises is representative with a confidence level of 95% and an error of 5% for the entire set of industrial enterprises in Russia. To specify the innovative development of industrial production in the Russian digital economy, the economic development and financial stability of selected Russian industrial enterprises, and the determinants of the innovative development within digital transformation of the economy are analyzed. The results imply the need to transform ways of managing and studying the functioning of industrial production and innovative trends. The analysis led to the definition of strategic priorities of the innovative development of industrial production in Russia based on control mechanisms ensuring stable economic growth and increasing competitiveness of Russian industrial enterprises within the digital economy. The achieved results can be used in predicting the development of the situation at different government levels to ensure a successful digital transformation of industrial production.

In this study, the focus was on the development of management models and future prediction for the cost and risk by using an improved deep learning (DL) algorithm. Management model can be defined as the management activities that are interlinked and organized inside organization of institutions. Different opportunities and different organizations are offered by different management models. Proper management models lead to strategies and decisions help to success organization. Deep neural network (DNN) is proposed to make good prediction for organization for increasing the cost and reduce risk in companies and institutions. The error of prediction is updated according to variable hidden layers and nodes within iteration. Improved DNN is used and modify weights that have an effect on the features extracted in advance to increase the accuracy and precisions are used. The proposed method is based on dynamic hidden layers with backpropagation and feedforward. Absolute mean relative error (AMRE) and variance (R2) are used for evaluation in term of accuracy. The training system is used with three available datasets from big company, health issue, and industry. Gained result proves the worth of the proposed system and is suitable for predicting complex data and reducing the risk as possible.

Introduction: healthcare organizations require the use of management models as theoretical tools to achieve corporate efficiency and minimize risks in achieving objectives. These models are fundamental for the implementation of care management, so that both are aligned in mission, values, structure, strategies and processes. The objective of this article is to describe 21st century administration and management models that are applicable in care management at the macro, meso and micromanagement levels.Method: narrative review. Data source: WOS, Scopus and Scielo using the keywords: “theory”, “model”, “management”, “administration” with the booleans “AND” and “OR”.; publications between 2000-2024 and in English and Spanish. The selection of documents was based on complete reading. Three experts on the subject validated the models and these were presented for discussion to a team of health managers.Results: the models of: 7 "S" of McKinsey, Birkinshaw & Goddard, trends in people management according to Deloitte, Werther & Davis, Beer Management Model and the Corporate Social Responsibility Management Model are presented, providing the focus of applicability to the health system from macro management, then in meso management and finally operationalizing them in micromanagement.Conclusions: the various theories and models of administration or management of the 21st century have the potential to be a fundamental pillar in the implementation of care management by integrating it as an organic element in a health institution at the macro, meso and micromanagement levels
