Abstract: Background Data: The most frequent treatable vascular abnormality of the spinal canal is spinal dural arteriovenous fistulae (SDAVFs), which cause progressive para-or quadriplegia mostly affecting elderly males. SDAVFs are present in the thoracolumbar region.
