Abstract:We present the case of a 54-year-old male patient diagnosed with a right upper lobe lung cancer and was referred for resection. Positron emission tomography-computed tomography scan showed a prominent vascular structure in the right lung, suspicious for vascular malformation. A computed tomography angiography was done, demonstrating an intercostobronchial trunk-pulmonary artery fistula.
