“…To investigate the legitimatization of bureaucratic power, we would suggest examining what have been dubbed the ‘little tools’ of knowledge and central administration (Asdal ; Becker and Clark ). This may help us better understand the phenomena studied (Asdal , ; Mangset ; Mangset ).
