Eliminating use of non-traceable identity cards to reduce cyber security incidents: focus on Malawi

Abstract

<p>The paper is about reducing cyber security incidents or cybercrime where perpetrators take advantage of weak SIM card regsitration and launch attacks on the cyber space. The weak SIM card registration has been sampled from Malawi, but this can happen elsewhere in the world where they have a similar weakness.</p>
