Abstract:Background: Intraductal papillary mucinous neoplasm (IPMN) is a well-established premalignant pancreatic lesion. It is known that mild hyperlipasemia, elevated serum lipase levels, is the risk of malignancy and poor prognosis in patients with IPMN.
