Laboratory data were notable for a white blood cell count of 12,610 cells/mm 3 (4,000-10,000 cells/mm 3 ), hemoglobin of 9.3 g/dl (12.0-16.0 g/dl), erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) 101 mm/h (0-20 mm/h), C-reactive protein (CRP) 8.34 mg/dl (0-1.0 mg/dl), and prothrombin time (PT), r -glutamyl transpeptidase ( r -GTP), alkaline phosphatase (ALP) values of 1.26 INR (0.8-1.2 INR), 76 IU/l (8-35 IU/l), and 136 IU/l (30-115 IU/l), respectively.
