Elektrokonvülsif terapi uygulamalarında anestezi.

Abstract: Özet Elektrokonvülsif terapi (EKT), farmakolojik yaklaşıma yanıt vermeyen ağır depresyonlarda uygulanan, temeli elektriksel uyarı yoluyla yaygın konvülsiyon oluşturmaya dayanan etkin ve yaşam kurtarıcı bir yöntemdir. Günümüzde EKT'de seçilecek anestezi yönteminin belli kuralları yoktur.
