Abstract:Introduction/AimsCerebellar ataxia, neuropathy, vestibular areflexia syndrome (CANVAS) is caused by RFC1 expansions. Sensory neuronopathy, polyneuropathy, and involvement of motor, autonomic, and cranial nerves have all been described with RFC1 expansions.
