Electrophysical properties of Ni/V and Cr/Fe multilayer films

Abstract: Results of experimental researches of electrophysical properties of Multilayer film systems Ni/V, and Cr/Fe which was formed on the basis of nanocrystals (V, Cr and Fe) and high dispersed Ni films are presented. It is carried out comparisons of experimental and calculated on the basis ratio for films alloy (Cr/Fe) and semiphenomenological model (Ni/V) results.

“…Figures 1-3 present the results of calculations based on ratios (4) and ( 5) for four-and six-component systems based on Fe, Ni, Co, and Cu; Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, Cr and Ti, respectively. Note that we obtained similar results for the case of a five-component system based on Fe, Ni, Co, Cu, and Al (data on the concentration dependence of the lattice parameter and the Debye temperature are given in [4]).…”

“…The primary form of the additive is pressed briquettes based on secondary products of plant processing with the size: d  60 mm, l  80 -150 mm. Ash content is 2.8 %, density at 0.855 g/cm 3 . The final product is a filler with a size of 400 ... 600 nm, which is obtained as a result of the thermal decomposition of pressed organic material.…”

“…Therefore, improvement of functional characteristics of water transport is possible through the use of modified polymer [1,2] coatings, which allows to counteract the corrosion destruction of metal surfaces and equipment and metal films us as protective layers [3,4]. At the same time, inhibitors or inhibitory pigments are used to modify the polymer binder.…”

“…While our results in work [50] for concentration anomalies of strain effects in the transition region fcc Au(Fe)  bcc -Fe(Au) hope for the possibility of implementing similar anomalies on the example of other properties. The technique of measurement SC is described in detail by us in works [51] and [52]. The values of strain εltr., at which the transition from elastic to plastic strain, we determined the point of intersection of two areas contiguous to strain dependence (example of this procedure is shown on Fig.…”
