Electrophoretic Behavior of Copolymeric Galacturonans Including Comments on the Information Content of the Intermolecular Charge Distribution

Abstract: Capillary electrophoresis has been used to characterize samples of the copolymeric anionic polysaccharides homo- and rhamno-galacturonan (HG and RGI, respectively).
