Electropermeabilization of metastatic chondrosarcoma cells from primary cell culture

Abstract: Primary cell cultures are challenging, but reliable model reflecting tumor response in vitro. The study was designed to examine if the increased electropermeabilization can overcame initial drug insensitivity in chondrosarcoma cells from lung metastasis.
