Electronic prescription anomalies: a study of frequencies, clarification and effects in Finnish community pharmacies

Abstract: Objectives To investigate the frequency of e‐prescriptions containing prescription anomalies (=errors, ambiguities and other shortcomings), and the types of e‐prescription anomalies occurring in Finnish community pharmacies.
