Electronic Immunoassay Using Enzymatic Metallization on Microparticles

Abstract: We present here an inexpensive method for generating a sensitive direct electronic readout in bead-based immunoassays without the use of any intermediate optical instrumentation (e.g., lasers, photomultipliers, etc.).
