Electrolyte temperature based control method for aluminum fluoride addition in Hall-Héroult cell

Abstract: Addition of aluminum fluoride is an important parameter adopted to control electrolyte temperatures in Hall-Héroult cells. However, determination of the optimal addition is still a difficult issue.
