Electroluminescent Warm White Light‐Emitting Diodes Based on Passivation Enabled Bright Red Bandgap Emission Carbon Quantum Dots

Abstract: The development of efficient red bandgap emission carbon quantum dots (CQDs) for realizing high‐performance electroluminescent warm white light‐emitting diodes (warm‐WLEDs) represents a grand challenge.
