Electroless Deposition of Metals and Alloys for Micropelectronics, Nanoelectronics, Piezoengineering and Composites Fabrication

Abstract

The results of investigations of the mechanism and kinetics of sensitization, activation and electroless deposition are presented. The proposed methods of metallization are used in industry. As a result, Au, Ag and Pd were adequately replaced with non-precious metals, usage of toxic substances was eliminated and the technology was significantly simplified.
