Electrochemical Sensor for the Determination of Anticancer Drug 5- Fluorouracil at Glucose Modified Electrode

Abstract: In the present work, the complex oxidation mechanism of glucose at the surface of carbon paste electrode was utilized for the electro deposition of glucose. As compared to the bare electrode there was increase in the peak current, which would enhance the sensitivity and selectivity of the electrode.
