Electrochemical Burn Rate Acceleration

Abstract: An electrochemical mechanism of accelerating the burn rate of pyrotechnic compositions and composite propellants is presented. Magnesium-Teflon-graphite fluoride-graphite (MTGFG) compositions were used as the model system to demonstrate the effect.
