Electrocardiographic Abnormalities in the Elderly: A Study in a Large Database of Primary Care Patients

Abstract: Introduction and objectives: Ageing is associated with increasing prevalence of chronic and degenerative disease and changes in cardiovascular structure, which may be associated with electrocardiographic abnormalities. Our aim is to assess the prevalence of electrocardiographic abnormalities in elderly primary care patients.
