Electro‐optical Properties of ZnSe Doped with Gd and (Ag,Gd) Phosphors

Abstract: To understand the position of donor-acceptor level and nature of electronic state of activators and co-activators, the photo luminescence (PL) and electroluminescence (EL) emission spectra of Znse: Gd and Zn Se: (Ag, Gd) phosphors, have been recorded at room temperature.
