Electro-Mechanical Coupled Characteristics of Piezostack Actuator under the Combined Loads

Abstract: In the present paper, a finite element model is developed to investigate the static analysis of the piezostack with two hundred layers, in which the polarization directions are opposite between two adjacent layers in axial one. The distributions of the stress and voltage are simultaneously taken into account under both the constant electric and mechanical loads.
