Electricity use is associated with residents’ vital data and lifestyles: observational study using an IT health support system in Japan

Abstract: Motivated by developments in information technology, recording personal parameters with health devices is effective in health promotion. Today’s indoor individual lifestyles often involve using electrical appliances.
