Electricity Crisis of Bangladesh: Result of Organizational Inefficiency?

Abstract: It is believed that the organizational inefficiency of the 'BPDB' and 'Power Division' of Ministry of Power, Energy, and Mineral Resources (MPEMR) of Bangladesh is the main cause for current electricity crisis.
